There’s something special about the way this particular tape turned out. Ode to Joy segues into Particle Man; Ted, Just Admit It comes to its screaming conclusion and goes straight into Dream Academy. It’s really kind of surreal.

And then there are the retro ads, including one Toronto area people may remember: used car salesman Al Palladini: “any Palladini is a palla mine!” This was before the Mike Harris government (*p’tui*) made Palladini Minister of Transportation. Yes, the Minister of Transportation was a used car salesman. And the Minister of Education was a highschool dropout. Stupid right wingers.

Also, note how 808 State landed at #808. You can’t make this stuff up!
